Kathleen is CRA’s word connoisseur.

Implementing all forms of content strategy, she develops key messaging initiatives for a variety of client campaigns.

Kathleen is drawn to the power of words and shows the ability to connect content to client success. Kathleen manages and presents campaign strategies and updates to team and clients, as well as maintains daily communications with internal teams, partners and vendors.

She enjoys communications and advertising most because you can adopt different voices, to tap into different characters and then combine those words with visual art to create a compelling story. Kathleen first worked in the journalism field, simultaneously acting as the Features Editor for the Jackson Free Press, as well as the Managing Editor for its bimonthly sister magazine, Boom Jackson. She then transitioned into advertising as a Digital Writer at Mad Genius, an agency in Jackson, Mississippi.

Kathleen is an english graduate of Millsaps College, as well as Boston University where she received her Master’s in journalism.

When out of the office, Kathleen is an amateur oenologist, brunch enthusiast and avid Instagrammer. A few of her favorite things include her dog, red lipstick, warm socks and paper crafts.
