CRA Chief Executive Officer Caryn Foster Durham has been elected president of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Richmond-SEVA chapter board of directors for the 2016-17 year. She joined the organization’s Board of Directors in 2014 and has chaired its Programs Committee and Marketing & PR Committee.
“I am excited and honored to represent the women owned businesses in the Richmond-SEVA area," Foster Durham said. “Being able to help women business owners find their voice and navigate the challenges of owning and working in their businesses is something I am passionate about. I have a phenomenal support system in my business partners and employees at CRA and feel fortunate that I am able to take this opportunity."

CRA Managing Partner and Co-Owner Caryn Foster Durham recently led a panel discussion entitled "Leadership & Communication: How Women Do It Differently” for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Richmond chapter.
The February luncheon featured an interactive panel to discuss different ways women lead and communicate and how certain strategies can be used to optimize these traits. Caryn presented information for discussion between three leaders in the Richmond community – Nathalia Artus of the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority, Shelley Burns of the Robins School of Business and Charleita Richardson of Partnership for the Future.
