CRA partnered with Family & Children’s Agency (FCA) to create a new website for the organization.
FCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community by assisting individuals of all ages – including services such as adoption, foster care, counseling and parenting programs, recovery programs, homeless shelters and home care for seniors.
CRA has redesigned the Help Eliminate Auto Theft (H.E.AT.) website, www.heatreward.com, making it easier to navigate so that citizens and law enforcement agencies can quickly and efficiently find information.
The H.E.A.T. program educates citizens about theft of vehicles and their parts, a crime that costs Virginians millions of dollars each year. In addition, H.E.A.T. trains and supports local law enforcement officers in efforts to prevent auto theft. The H.E.A.T. program is a cooperative effort of the Virginia Department of State Police, Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles and local law enforcement agencies throughout the Commonwealth.
Quick Response (QR) codes, a technology that's been around since 1994, became a notorious fad a couple years ago with the rise of smartphones, and spawned more than a few agency/client conversations. QR codes quickly became a cliché of the marketing world. While some of us cringe at the thought, QR codes (if used correctly) can be tremendously successful in reaching targeted groups of consumers.
