Formerly BrickStreet Insurance, CRA was the agency of record from 2006-2020, handling all internal and external communications for over a decade. In 2019, the company rebranded to Encova Insurance with its partner Motorists Insurance Company; CRA managed all aspects of the brand strategy and launch.

For more than a decade, CRA managed DC Lottery’s online platforms, providing strategic, creative and digital support for game launches, promotions, events, sponsorships and much more.

CRA has represented Virginians for Better Transportation (VBT) for more than 20 years and has worked to help raise awareness on current deficiencies and continuing needs in transportation funding, maintenance and other issues facing the Commonwealth’s transportation crisis through strategic advocacy and public involvement campaigns.
