Paid Media Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our full-service brand communications agency and take charge of bringing bold campaign ideas to life. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams to translate strategic direction into results-driven execution across channels such as Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google and StackAdapt. You will create the blueprint for execution, ensuring all campaigns are built to specification, optimized for best performance and supported with actionable reporting. You’ll be the build expert — the person who knows how to turn a great idea into an optimized, high-performing campaign.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the mechanics of paid media and thrives on seeing their work drive measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across social and programmatic platforms ensuring success based on campaign KPIs and reporting needs
  • Partner with media team members to determine the optimal approach for campaign builds
  • Work with account, creative and digital teams to ensure all assets meet platform specs and deliver a seamless user experience
  • Actively monitor campaign performance, making optimizations to improve KPIs such as CTR, VTR, CPC and conversion rates and flagging opportunities for improvement
  • Produce ongoing campaign performance reports, for internal teams and clients, with insights and recommendations aligned to platform best practices and campaign KPIs
  • Serve as the resident expert on paid media platforms by sharing updates, tips and best practices with internal teams
  • Stay plugged into new ad tech tools, trends and updates to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve
  • Jump in to support department and internal teams as needed

What You Bring

  • Four to six years of hands-on experience preferred, managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong technical knowledge of Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google Ads and StackAdapt
  • Hands-on usage of GA4, Looker Studio and Excel tools for reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail when it comes to campaign setup, troubleshooting and reporting
  • Traditional media buying experience is a plus as our campaigns blend digital and traditional tactics to best reach our client audiences
  • Ability to work from a provided strategy and translate it into functional high-quality builds
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret results and make data-informed decisions
  • Ability to collaborate closely with digital, creative and account teams
  • A proactive self-starting attitude — you enjoy figuring things out and making campaigns better every time
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Certifications in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus
