CRA Redesigns RBHA Websites

Jun 01, 2020

The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority, also known as RBHA, has been providing the community with vital behavioral and medical services for over 20 years. CRA is a longtime partner of RBHA and is proud to support their mission of providing inclusive, essential services to help individuals struggling with mental health, intellectual disabilities and substance abuse. As part of our partnership, CRA provides brand recommendations while also contributing to the agency’s voice–one of our owners and CSO, Matt Isner, is also a board member, a role he has held since 2017.

In 2019, CRA worked with RBHA to redesign not just one, but three websites to better showcase their breadth of services and educate the Richmond community on the many offerings they provide. Over the course of the summer and fall, we worked with the RBHA team to restructure their site and create a modern and simplistic design to better serve individuals looking for help. We also created two accompanying sites for their extensive programming and charitable giving branches, known as Region 4 and the Richmond Behavioral Health Foundation (or RBHF). The Region 4 Programs site includes the additional services provided through regional Community Services Boards and affiliates to the surrounding Richmond and central Virginia region, while RBHF is the organization’s community involvement arm, where users can learn more about volunteering, events, membership, donations and agency projects. Learn more about the great work provided by RBHA, RBHF and Region 4.
