We are listening. We are listening to the voices of our black neighbors who are talking about racial injustice and how we can best support them and our black communities.

We are learning. As a company, we are seeking guidance on how to be true allies. We know we have so much to learn about the issue and we are looking for opportunities to do so both as a company and as individuals.

We are engaging. As we listen and learn, we are looking for the best way to take action. Not a momentary action, but meaningful action to bring about change.
