Laine Miller

Laine brings a blend of creativity, analytical thinking and marketing communications expertise to her role as Account Assistant at CRA. Previously an Account Services Intern at CRA, she earned a B.S. in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University, concentrating in Marketing Communication and Analytics with a minor in Sales. She graduated summa cum laude, made the Dean’s List every semester and received several academic scholarships and honors.

Outside of work, Laine enjoys sewing and upcycling secondhand clothing, thrifting, producing music and exploring Richmond. She is also launching a business dedicated to giving pre-loved clothing a second life.

Fun fact: Her interest in marketing started early, from inventing pretend businesses like “Papaya Hut” to selling duct tape wallets in elementary school. She later began releasing her own music, sparking an interest in the strategies behind promoting her work and growing an audience organically.
